Bracecry specializes in crystal bracelets, necklaces, and other jewelry, and we carefully package each product to ensure safe and timely delivery to you.

1. Order Processing

  1. Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation (including order review, product packaging, and logistics coordination).

  2. Processing Details: Business days refer to Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak order periods (such as sales events), processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days, and we will notify affected customers via email in advance.

  3. Order Modification/Cancellation: You may contact customer service to request changes to your shipping address, contact information, or to cancel your order within 24 hours after payment. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made after 24 hours if the order has entered the packaging process. Thank you for your understanding.

    After your order is processed and shipped, the standard shipping timelines for various regions are as follows (the timelines are estimated and calculated from the day the logistics provider collects the package):

    We commit to shipping all orders within the agreed processing timelines but do not assume responsibility for delays caused by the logistics provider due to force majeure.

  2. Shipping Coverage

    Currently, Bracecry's shipping services primarily cover the United States, Canada, Australia, and European regions (including major countries such as Germany, France, the UK, Italy, and Spain). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), countries/regions outside the aforementioned areas, or certain restricted areas due to trade limitations. If your shipping address falls within a restricted delivery area, the checkout page will notify you directly, and you will be unable to complete your order. Additionally, due to logistics policy adjustments in some countries, there may be temporary restrictions on postal package shipments to the U.S., Australia, and some European countries. We will prioritize compliant logistics solutions to ensure successful order fulfillment.

3. Shipping Fees

  1. Shipping Fee Standards: For the United States, Canada, Australia, and major European countries, shipping fees are uniformly charged according to the following standards, and the checkout page will automatically calculate the amount:

    Note: The shipping fee includes basic logistics and packaging costs. Since crystal jewelry is lightweight, there are no additional weight surcharges. Combining multiple items in one order can provide better shipping benefits.

  2. Free Shipping Supplementary Notes: The standard free shipping threshold is consistent with the above shipping fee standards. Orders over $78.95 will automatically qualify for free shipping. During limited-time promotions, if we offer reduced free shipping thresholds or additional discounts, specific rules will be announced on the homepage or promotional pages. During the promotional period, the rules will apply to help you purchase crystal jewelry at a better price.

4. Order Tracking

  1. Tracking Information Generation: Once your package is collected by the logistics provider, we will immediately send a shipment confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. This email will contain a unique tracking number, and you can track your package's journey through the global logistics tracking platform 17TRACK (website: http://www.17track.net/). This platform supports tracking synchronization for all logistics providers we work with, covering logistics information inquiries for the U.S., Canada, Australia, and Europe.

  2. Tracking Timeliness and Operations: Tracking numbers are typically activated and synchronized to the 17TRACK platform within 24 hours after collection by the logistics provider. If there are no results on initial inquiries, we recommend waiting 1-2 business days before trying again (there may be delays in information synchronization with some logistics providers). Please ensure you enter the complete tracking number accurately to avoid errors that may prevent you from obtaining information. If there is still no data after multiple inquiries, please contact customer service for assistance.

  3. Tracking Reminders: We recommend that you promptly monitor the logistics tracking information to stay updated on your package's status and avoid issues such as undeliverable packages due to missed signatures.

5. International Shipping Supplementary Terms

  1. Customs and Taxes: International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, and other fees, which are not collected by Bracecry and are the responsibility of the recipient. The tax standards vary by country/region; we recommend consulting your local customs office for details before placing an order.

  2. Package Returns: If a package is returned due to the recipient refusing to pay taxes, an unclear address, or missed deliveries, the return shipping fees and related handling charges will be borne by the recipient. After we receive the returned package, we will deduct the corresponding fees before processing a refund or reshipping (reshipping will require additional shipping fees).

6. Handling Damaged or Lost Packages

  1. Damage Handling: Crystal jewelry is packaged using shockproof and scratch-resistant materials to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. If you receive a package with damaged or defective products, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide your order number, photos of the damaged product, and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider and arrange for a replacement or refund based on the circumstances (at no additional cost to you). Please keep the damaged product and original packaging for a smooth claims process.

  2. Lost Package Handling: If the tracking information indicates "delivered" but you have not received the package, or if there is no package activity after the estimated timeframe of 7 business days, please contact customer service to request an inquiry. We will assist in contacting the logistics provider for verification, and we appreciate your patience during the verification period (the verification process for international orders may take 7-15 business days). Once the package is confirmed as lost, we will unconditionally reship your order!
